The board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at Town Hall in room 105C. Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. Public Hearings are scheduled by the Board. Applications can be obtained on line or at the Zoning Board office (room 105C).
Function
Quasi-judicial board charged with reviewing requests for Variances, Special Permits, Comprehensive Permits (chapter 40B), Appeals from decisions of Building Commissioner, and Repetitive Petitions. The criteria for the consideration of the above are dictated by State statute and the local zoning bylaws.
