Norfolk Recreation has openings in pre-school classes that start next week.
On MONDAYS- We have Drop-Off Sticky Fingers for ages 2.5-5 from 9:15-10 AM. This is a fun, hands-on class and works terrifically as a first time drop-off program and also for those that love mess and goo! The fee is $65 (6 classes). We also have Kids in the Kitchen for
ages 2.5-5+. This is a 1.5 hour class and runs from 10:15- 11:45 AM. It's perfect for children who love to help in the kitchen. Very hands-on and very fun! The fee is $99
(6 classes).
On TUESDAYS- We still have spots in the ever popular Practicing Pre-School - ages 2+-3+. This class is perfect for those who have missed the pre-school age cut off or just want to go to school with like the big kids. This is a 1.5 hour program fro 9:15-10:45 AM with two pre-school qualified teachers (Amanda and Alison).
On WEDNESDAYS- We have a couple of spots left in the Wednesday Practicing Pre-school (see description above) and also Lunch Bunch for ages 3-4 years. Lunch Bunch is a 2-hour drop off program from 11-1PM. The fee is $125 for 6 classes. We are very excited to offer T-BALL for the first time for ages 3-5. This program runs for 6 weeks from 2-3 PM at the Pond St. Fields and is $72. This is an introductory program to help kids learn the very basics of America's favorite past time.
On THURSDAYS- We have a few spots left in Sticky Fingers. This is a class for 18 mos.-3 years with an adult. Shaving cream, blubber and play dough are just some samplings of activities offered. The class is $40 (6 weeks). We need a couple of more children to sign up for fun for FUN for 4's and 5's to run this class. This is a class for the older pre-schooler looking for lots of activity both inside and out. This is a 2-hour drop off class and is $75 for 6 weeks.
