The Norfolk Housing Authority was established in 1975 to provide Affordable Senior Housing, we currently have (64) one bedroom units for Elderly and Disabled residents located at Hillcrest Village. Applicants must income qualify and pay 30% of adjusted gross income for Housing. In 1991 Affordable Family Housing was constructed on Arnold Road, we currently have (20) two and three bedroom units of family housing. Applicants must income qualify and pay 25% of adjusted gross income for Housing.
Both developments have a waiting list. Interested Applicants may request an application in person, by mail or telephone. The Norfolk Housing Authority is committed to providing Affordable Housing in the town of Norfolk. We are an Equal Opportunity Housing Provider.
