Vehicle Decal:
Vehicle decals are required to use the RTS and are only available to Norfolk residents.

Proof of residency and vehicle ownership are required.  Acceptable forms of proof include a driver's license and vehicle registration or utility bills with applicant's name and Norfolk address, if the Mail-in method of payment is preferred.  Specifics are outlined in our newsletter, which is mailed to every household each spring.
