Government

Norfolk is run by a board of three Selectmen, each elected for a three-year term, and is administered on a day-to-day
basis by a Town Administrator who is a town employee. Residents help set policy and the direction of local government by volunteering to sit on elected and/or appointed boards and committees and by participating at Town Meeting.
