1) meeting minutes need to be posted
2) EDC members – Chris Watson is awaiting scheduling appt withthe Board of Selectman andPlanning. Another possible candidate is Ted Petrokas. He was unable to attendtonight’s meeting.
3) EDC website - Discussed Rivers Edge brochure will need toremove reference to residential property, Lori to contact Al Rao to ask forremoval. Rocco Plaza has not returned call to Mark. Chris has attempted tocontact Eastern Development concerning the Stop and Shop property but did nothave any success. It was mentioned that the second bldg on their property maybecome a Wine and Cheese shop.
4) Southwood – workcontinues in assisting Caritas with locating funding for contamination cleanup. Continued discussions at the next EDC meeting.
5) wastewatertreatment - The discussion of a wastewater treatment facility for town centerhas been tabled this time. The new school facility will have a new septicsystem.
6) DRCC approved amock application with the context of a Southwood program using existingbuildings, initial sewer research, GIS data and traffic analysis from the 43Dgrant consultants to test the consolidated application program.
