1) Post meeting notes from 5/11 and 5/28. Check on 4/20 to make sure it is posted.
2) 43D packet delivered by Mark to state interagency board. State will have hearing on 7/8/09 to review a revised 43D grant packet for $7500.00 remaining from the total grant of $60,000. EDC to keep PB updated.
3) Repackaged 43D checklist – mock application process to besetup. Bob Nicodemus presented a question on whether or not the BoH would needto be included in the process. Mark will look into this.
Bob N to inquire at SEA if there is a MWRA sewer pipe inWinter St at Rte 1A. If so, ask for the size and capacity available for the sewer pipe at Winter St.
4) MBRC – Mark filled out designation questionnaire for MBRC last week. Asked about treatment facility for C6 district.
5) Mark wants to send a letter to State reps (Frank, Brown,Ross) to update them on Norfolk’s progress to date for development. Bob tocreate doc for review.
