Opened meeting with Lori reading the mail.
1. Reviewedmeeting notes for 4/6/09 and Ross/Brown meeting on 4/8/09distribution to BoS and PB followed by notice to other land use Boards/Commissions. Meeting minutesof Ross-Brown presentation where discussed and corroborated with Lori.
2. Therewas a general discussion about the importance and timeliness of the posting of meetingminutes from all Land Use Boards and were they up to date?
3. BobNicodemus noted that April 30th has been set for PB Public Hearingwith a hearing start time scheduled for 8pm
4. BobNicodemus presented the request from the DPW that the EDC sponsor the Articles22 (Waste-Water) and 23 (Storm-Water). There was a discussion regarding thisrequest which focused upon the DPW seeing the EDC as the proponent fordevelopment incentives and the DPW as the operations facilitator.
5. Article28 –DRCC establishment as a zoning program and its mechanics were discussedregarding land use Board-Commission leaders and the flow-chart process of aconsolidated application acceptance as complete for all land use boards beforethe hearing-approval process can begin.
6. Discussionof maps and graphics for articles and PowerPoint for the PB Public Hearing onApril 30th.
7. Infoavailable to the resources available in town for future marketing: decided tohold off until after TM but the idea of putting info on properties is able tobe developed.
8. Creationof developer package: Bob has theold one and we can use this as a template.
9. ChecklistCreation discussed: If I were adeveloper, what do I need to know.? Forms, copies, checklists, flow charts and general info?
10. Connectionof other consultants to other agreements to be tabled for now until needed.
11 Bob Bullock delivered the checklists and development guides to the EDC.
12. Assistancefor April 28th meeting: Checklists and guidebooks for permit package.
