Discussed how meeting minutes could be improved forbetter understanding of acronyms and other abbreviations.
Lori to comment on periodic check of posting of minutes by PB,BoH, CC, ZBA, etc.
Discuss agenda for the meeting on 4/8/09 at 6:30 PM with Rep.Ross and Sen. Brown focused on political assistance in support of stimulusand/or MA grant funding for Norfolk. Bob to present graphic options andhand-outs for this presentation meeting.
Discuss follow up regarding the distribution of Multi-GroupMeeting Notes distribution and request for Applications and Check Lists fromBoH, PB, CC, ZBA. Discuss Bob Bullock request to assist with an agenda for the“mock” DRCC meeting for 43D procedures scheduled for 4/28/09 and assistance incompiling a consolidated application draft by about 4/20/09.
Walter suggested that we have a mock application to “test theconsolidated application” program. Bob noted that this “test” could happen inthe context of initial sewer research work using a sales brochure densityconcept.
Review the web site posting discussed on 3/23/09 regardingMark’s sense of listing and map of available land parcels, contact information,etc. and assembly of maps forcommercial land (B1, C6, C1, C4, etc.) from Master Plan. Land owner contactinformation would need to be gathered plus assessor’s inventory.
How should EDC facilitate information distribution to theregional development community such as the MBC, Mass Development, MAPC, MassGov. ED listings, etc.? Report on “sitefinder.com” research raised at 3/9/09meeting.
Should we ask to attend the DPW and BoH meeting on WWTF studyon April 13 or 16?
Review next steps for the 43D Southwood consultant for sewerresearch (SEA) toward possible “stimulus funding.” Review finalizing consultantagreements totaling $13,000 for 43D Grant award for traffic (C&C @ $8K) andmarket analysis (PGCA @ $5K).
We agreed to schedule meetings on April 20 and May 4. Walteragreed to help Bob package the PowerPoint presentation for the Spring TownMeeting Warrant Article for B1 as 43D for possible review at 4/20/09 meeting.Mark has reworked Biotechnology PowerPoint to highlight the Level 1 and Level 2definition in the presentation.
