The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is a statewide public non-profit affordable housing organization that works in concert with the Governor and the state Department of Housing and Community Development to help increase the supply of affordable housing in Massachusetts.

Developing Housing on Public Land (June 28, 2006)
This MHP guidebook is designed to help communities develop affordable housing on public land. Information is provided that will help a community go through the housing development process in a sequential manner.
Affordable Housing via CPC
Commissioned by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP), the report measures how CPA funds have been used in the 111 communities that have adopted the law, and examines the conditions in place in communities where CPA funds were used for affordable housing. 
Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Fund Act (Jan. 2005)
On Jan. 7, 2005, Gov. Mitt Romney signed a law that expands the power of a local housing trust fund so it can own and manage real estate, not just receive and disburse funds. In addition, MHP asked noted municipal attorney Kathleen M. O'Donnell of Kopleman & Paige to write a brief summarizing the key points of the new law.
