(20) two and three bedroom units of family housing. Applicants must income qualify and pay 25% of adjusted gross income for Housing.
Arnold Road
Norfolk Town Center Condominiums
(11) affordable townhouse condominiums will be built in Norfolk during 2006 and 2007 and will be sold to first-time homebuyers with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.

The price of the (4) two bedroom units will be $153,280 and they will be sold to buyers age 55 or older. The (7) three bedroom units will be $ 168,609 and will be sold to any appropriate size households who are income eligible. These townhouse condominiums will be part of a forty-four unit development.

5 acres of the land purchased by the town has been set aside for the development of affordable housing
Chicatabut Road
CPC and Housing Authority are considering options for this land.
