Meeting called to order @ 7:05 p.m. by chairman Paul Terrio

DPAP
Paul Terrio explains to Committee Members the reason an emergency meeting has been called.
One of the Down Payment Assistance Program Lottery Winners has been offered a Unit on Town Hill. This recipient is in need of the $20,000.00 assistance. His original award letter has expired. He is being pressured by the builder and deadlines have been placed upon him.
Originally there were 11 applicants, 10 of which proved eligible for award
One applicants has closed on a unit on Town Hill.
There is currently $180,000.00 available in the Down Payment Assistance Program
Appropriation for the DPAP ends on June 30, 2007. Funds cannot be carried over to FY07
The committee has agreed that a letter should be sent to all applicants, extending their deadline to June 30, 2007. (Extension Award Letter)

Town Counsel will be consulted regarding situation
Letter will be written and forwarded to all applicants (9 remaining)
Scott Dittrich makes a motion to extend thedeadline for the Down Payment Assistance Program to June 30, 2007. (End of Fiscal Year)
