Discussion continued regarding the Weeber Property.
The Community Preservation Committee requested that Town Counsel, George Hall, be present to answer any legal questions.
George Hall read the Community Preservation Committees revised Motion. He then answer questions.

Richard made a motion to accept the updated CPC Motion
Cyndi seconds the motion
When the motion was updated a 6 acre parcel of land was indicated to be used as affordable housing lots. The Community Preservation Committee voted to keep that clause in the Motion.
All in favor, except for Betsy she was opposed.
Funding
Funding will be broken down accordingly
CPF - Reserves for Open Space 20% $89,200.00
CPF - Reserves for Affordable Housing 20% $89,200.00
CPF - unreserved 60% $267,600.00
TOTAL $446,000.00
