Andrea-read the statement as follows:
The Community Preservation Committee intends to pursue uses of the Weeber Property that maximizes its value to the community while being consistent with the goals of the Community Preservation Act. We plan to investigate the feasibility of developing a portion of the property for affordable housing, (maximum of two lots) to preserve as much of the property as possible as open space, and to plan for public access to allow for the use and enjoyment of the property by the citizens of the Town of Norfolk.

They can’t be Estate Lots
Accessibility needs to come off Chicatabut
Feasibility studies need to be performed (survey, percs, etc.)
Footbridge needs to be constructed to connect the property over the wetlands
Property Easement for access to open space
Gravel parking area for use of open space
Utilities (under ground or above ground)
Numerous questions were raised (listed below)
Who will be building the Home/Homes?
Will the home/homes always stay affordable housing? Can this be done? How?
How will a potential home owner be determined?
Will there be deed restrictions?
