Meeting of the Norfolk Public Library Board of Trustees
May 8, 2007
A regular meeting of the Norfolk Public Library Board of Trustees was held on May 8, 2007 at the King Philip Middle School. In attendance were Robin Glasser, Library Director; Heather Pisani-Kristl, Associate Library Director; and the following Trustees: Ken Nelson and Harvey Boulay.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
Reorganization:
Reorganization of the Board of Trustees was deferred until the next meeting because Mary Jo Gothorpe was out-of-town and unable to attend this meeting.
Budget
Mrs. Glasser distributed the FY08 budget in reference to the budget discussion that will take place on the floor of Annual Town Meeting.
Warrant Article for Revolving Fund
Mrs. Glasser distributed a report of FY06 library income and FY07 library income to date (fines and lost cards/materials) in support of Warrant Article 33.

Next Meeting
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 8:00 A.M.
Adjournment
There being no further business it was moved and seconded and the Trustees VOTED to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m. and proceed to Town Meeting.
