Providence Baptist Church
The Pastor, Mark Lukens, and church member, Bob Bullock were in attendance at this meeting to review their use of the Community Meeting Room during the past six months. They brought up the fact that several times the room has not been left in satisfactory condition by prior users. Those users will be spoken to and reminded of the rules for usage of the room. The Trustees reminded the church that they must be diligent in vacating the room by the agreed time of 12:45 to assure that the cars are cleared from the parking lot before the library opens at 1:00. The trustees unanimously voted to allow the Providence Baptist Church use of the Community Meeting Room through June 30, 2007 at which time another review of the agreement will take place.
