SPECIAL MEETING
May 15, 2007
Present was Jonathan P. Smith and Ramesh H. Advani. James C. Lehan was absent.
This meeting took place at the auditorium of the King Philip Middle School at 8:35 p.m. at the close of town meeting.
Ramesh Advani moved to award the contracts for the SERSG DPW Supplies and SERSG Office Supplies for FY08. Jonathan Smith seconded, and it was so voted. (Contract Award Sheets for these DPW and Office supplies are attached).
Ramesh Advani moved to open the warrant for the Fall Town Meeting. Jonathan Smith seconded, and it was so voted.
At 8:40 p.m., being no further business, Ramesh Advani moved to adjourn the meeting. Jonathan Smith seconded, and it was so voted.
