SPECIAL MEETING
November 9, 2010
Present was Robert J. Garrity, James M. Tomaszewski, James C. Lehan, and Marian Harrington, Executive Assistant.
This brief meeting was held at 10:36 p.m. following the Fall Town Meeting at the KP Middle School Auditorium.
Rob Garrity moved that the Board of Selectmen accept and execute the contract with Fontaine Bros., Inc. to perform general contracting services to construct the new Freeman-Centennial School project in the bid amount, including all six alternates, for the total contract amount of $24,514,000.00.
Jim Lehan seconded, and it was so voted.
At 10:38 p.m., being no further business, Jim Tomaszewski moved to adjourn the meeting. Jim Lehan seconded, and it was so voted.
