SPECIAL MEETING
May 1, 2007
Present was Jonathan P. Smith, Ramesh H. Advani, James C. Lehan and Jack Hathaway, Town Administrator.
The Board of Selectmen met at 8:45 p.m. at the H. Olive Day School following the results of the annual election to reorganize the Board.
Ramesh Advani nominated Jonathan P. Smith as Chairman of the Board. Jim Lehan seconded, and it was so voted. Jonathan Smith abstained from the vote.
Jim Lehan nominated Ramesh H. Advani as Clerk of the Board. Jonathan P. Smith seconded, and it was so voted. Ramesh Advani abstained from the vote.
At 8:48 p.m., being no further business, Ramesh Advani moved to adjourn the meeting. Jim Lehan seconded, and it was so voted.
