ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PRESENT: Bruce Simpson, Martin Murphy, Elissa Flynn-Poppey, John Burke, Nancy Lancellotti, Robert Garrity
ABSENT: Lorraine Sweeney
The duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals convened at 7:40 p.m. in room 105C at the Norfolk Town Hall.
The Board immediately convened into deliberations on the Borelli/40B project at 7:40 p.m. The Board voted 5-0 to grant the Comprehensive Permit to Paul Borelli at 9:15 p.m.
The Board also deliberated and voted the Donald Crawford Special Permit request. The Board voted 4-1 to deny the Special Permit to Donald Crawford. The vote concluded at 10:20 p.m.
The Board convened into business at 10:20 p.m. The members voted to re-organize its slate of officers. Mr. Murphy made the motion to elect Bruce Simpson as chairman. Robert Garrity seconded the motion. Mr. Murphy made the motion to elect Lorraine Sweeney as Vice-chairman. Mrs. Lancellotti seconded the motion. Mrs. Lancellotti made the motion to elect Robert Garrity as Clerk. Mr. Burke seconded the motion. The vote on the above slate of officers was unanimous for each position. There was no further business conducted.
Mr. Burke made the motion to close the meeting at 10:25 p.m. Mr. Garrity seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
