ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals convened at 7:40 p.m. in room 105C at the Norfolk Town Hall.
There were no vouchers for expenses to be signed. The Board will defer discussion on the draft Open Space and Recreation Plan (E.O. 418) to May 19, 2004.
The Board convened into the deliberations for Paul Borelli/40B project and the Norfolk Public Library Special Permit request.
The business meeting reconvened at 10:15 p.m. with a discussion on the revision to the application form of the Zoning Board of Appeals The Board discussed adding a new Section 6 to the Regulations “Permits Required by Other Boards”. The Board also reviewed a new section to be added to the Regulations entitled “Requests for Continuances of Public Hearings”. Mr. Murphy made the motion to accept the revision to the Regulations entitled “Applications to the Board”. Mrs. Flynn-Poppey seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous. The remaining drafts will be further reviewed on May 19, 2004.
Mr. Murphy made the motion to close the business meeting at 11:00 p.m. Mr. Garrity seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
