Zoning Board of Appeals
August 1, 2007

Absent: Michael Kulesza, Elissa Flynn-Poppey
The duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals convened at 7:35 p.m. in room 105C at the Norfolk Town Hall.
The Board reconvened the public hearing for Pine Creek Development at 7:45 p.m. and adjourned the hearing at 7:50 p.m. The hearing was continued to August 15, 2007 at 8:00 p.m.
The Board convened into the business meeting at 7:50 p.m. with the report from Mrs. Sweeney that she received a voice mail message from Ms. Flynn-Poppey that she will not be able to attend the next three Zoning Bylaw Study Committee meetings due to a heavy workload commitment and notified Mrs. Sweeney of her resignation immediately. The term runs to December 31, 2007. The members discussed their availability as the meetings are held on Monday evenings.
Mr. Simpson made the motion to accept the resignation of Elissa Flynn-Poppey from the Zoning Bylaw Study Committee effective immediately and to allow another member to be appointed to represent the board at Zoning Bylaw Study Committee meetings. Mr. Simpson stated that he would be available to take over the duties. Mr. Burke seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
The Board discussed the agenda for August 15, 2007. Mr. Murphy made the motion to reconsider the previous vote to continue the Pine Creek Development hearing from 8:00 p.m. to 7:35 p.m. Mr. Simpson seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
Mrs. Sweeney made the motion to close the meeting at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Burke seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
