The duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals convened at 7:35 p.m. in room 105C at the Norfolk Town Hall.
The members signed a voucher for office supplies (Zoning Guidebooks and Special Permit Granting Authority Guide Books).
The Board reviewed the Business Minutes of April 18, 2007. Mr. Garrity made the motion to approve the minutes as drafted. Mrs. Sweeney seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
The Board adjourned the business meeting at 7:45 p.m. to conduct the following public hearings:

The business meeting reconvened at 9:45 p.m. with an appointment with George Hall, Norfolk Town Counsel, who talked in general of variance criteria and the permitting process.
After the meeting with George Hall, Mr. Burke made the motion to close the meeting at 11:00 p.m. Mr. Garrity seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
