Zoning Board Appeals
Business Meeting of December 13, 2006

The duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals convened at 7:30 p.m. in room 214 at the Norfolk Town Hall.
The first order of business was to sign a voucher for office supplies.
The members previewed the application, dated December 13, 2006, for a variance from the required side yard setbacks from Star Pools on behalf of Michael Croke of 40 Berkshire Street. The Variance is to allow for a recently installed in-ground swimming pool that was located approximately 20 feet from the side yard setback, where 25 feet is the minimum setback.
Mr. Garrity made the motion to accept the application to be heard on January 17, 2007 at 7:50 p.m. Mr. Kulesza seconded the motion. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
The business meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
