The Town of Norfolk, Massachusetts, located in the MetroWest section of  the Boston suburbs, offers it’s 10,000+ residents scenic beauty in an area currently undergoing a renaissance in building and development.
Our town center, the B1 Business District, located on an MBTA commuter rail to Boston, also has been undergoing expansion in the Town Center, and has further potential for retail, business and restaurant development  and mixed-use space, including housing.

Other areas exist within the town for business development, near major roads and highways and include commercial district and Southwood hospital properties both located on Rt 1A.    Here businesses may find the resources they need for success, and the zoning for industrial and light industrial manufacturing. The Southwood Hospital property has been recently rezoned to include research, pharmaceutical  and biotechnology industries.   This opportunity offers over 80 acres in a campus-like setting for a variety of high-tech uses.
